This application was written by myself to provide a small clock on your Win32 OS screen providing the UTC and local time, in both 12 and 24 hour format. Automatically adjust for DST and time zone as it references you'r computer's clock. The application was written in VB6, Windos XP should run the file without any needed support files. If needed, VB6 runtime DLL should be installed in you'r windows32 directory. There is no install for this application, simply execute it.
